Criteria for Helpline Worker at SAIL
Could you offer a listening ear to a sexual abuse survivor?
Could you offer support, advice and signposting?
Our Helpline is open Monday – Friday offering emotional support and signposting.
We are looking for compassionate, motivated individuals to volunteer on our busy Helpline.
The Helpline provides a listening service for adults who are survivors of sexual violence, childhood sexual abuse and incest. It is the first point of contact for those seeking support, advice and signposting.
We provide full training, resources and support.
This role is based in our Chesterfield office, and you would need to be able to offer a minimum of four hours per week.
