Access to Sexual Abuse Therapy Services (SATS)
NHS Derby and Derbyshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) currently commission Sexual Abuse Therapy Services (SATS) and are keen to ensure that those who need to access the services can do so.
The purpose of this anonymous survey is to offer those experiencing/or have experienced sexual abuse the opportunity to provide anonymous feedback about their experiences of accessing and attending therapy appointments We know from talking to survivors that attending appointments and talking to people can be difficult and our aim is to gather information about how it can be made easier to access.
There are 8 questions for you to answer. No personal details and will be collected and there are no questions about what you went through. This survey is for anyone who accesses any Sexual Therapy Services, whether through the NHS or not, or have accessed them in the past, or who thinks they may wish to access them in the future.
You can access the survey via the link or by scanning the QR code.

Difference
Your experience of SAIL is important to us. If at any point you want to offer us feedback or any kind, or want to make a formal complaint, please contact SAIL's Manager - either by phone or in writing (see contact details above).
Our counselling service is free of charge and available regardless of ability to make a contribution. However, in spite of our continued efforts, funding does not meet all of our costs.
Please consider supporting this vital counselling service by making a donation. Details of how to donate to SAIL are available on request.
